Refund policy

Drinks: no returns

Canna Joe and Canna Tini are perishable drinks that must stay refrigerated. For your safety, we can't accept returns or exchanges of cans once an order has shipped, and we never resell returned cans.

If something is wrong with your drink order

Email brew@cannacoffee.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo if:

your cans arrived warm to the touch,
a can is leaking, swollen, dented through or damaged, or
you received the wrong item or the wrong quantity.

Don't drink from a can that arrived warm, or one that is leaking, swollen or damaged. We'll send a replacement for the affected cans. If we can't ship a replacement to your address, we'll refund the affected cans to your original payment method. You don't need to send the cans back.

Lost packages

Every drink order ships with tracking. If your package hasn't arrived within 3 business days of its expected delivery date, email us. Once the carrier confirms it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund the order.

Cancellations

You can cancel a drink order for a full refund until it's packed. Drink orders pack and ship Monday through Wednesday. Once an order is packed with cold packs, it can't be cancelled.

We may cancel and refund any order we can't verify was placed by an adult 21 or older, any order to an address we don't ship to, and any order affected by a pricing error. If the law changes after you order and before we ship, we'll cancel and refund the affected items.

Apparel: returns and exchanges

Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions. The customer pays return shipping. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the item.

Damaged or incorrect apparel is always replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Report it within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
